Venture Advisors & Management
Successfully transferring technology and understanding the issues in starting a new technology company takes experience and maturity. Working with a university faculty member, we transformed a great idea into a viable software business and sold the company to a strategic partner. Talk about Win-Win! We can do it for you.  From 2006 through 2008 we conducted due diligence on approximately 60 technology businesses per year for the NJ Commission on Science and Technology, advising the Commission on which companies should be candidates for investment of state funds. International Projects
In 1993 we trained nine incubator managers from Central and Eastern Europe under a contract with the US Information Agency. Since then we have developed relationships with numerous incubator managers in developing countries and have trained entrepreneurs, capital providers, and service providers in Russia, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
