Ingrid Rosten is Executive Director of CleanStart (clean energy) and the McClellan Technology Incubator (MTI). CleanStart, a California clean energy initiative, developed the PowerUP! Business Plan Competition and stimulates early stage companies to provide next generation clean, renewable and efficient energy technology.  MTI provides incubation space and The Great Start Mentorship Program providing acceleration services to local and relocating firms to the Capital Corridor Region of California. 

Ingrid was co-founder and Managing Director of the International Business Incubator - Silicon Valley, located in San José, California from 1995 - 2005. She pioneered the first international business incubator (for which she has received global recognition) and supported the development of foreign government incubators/centers affiliated with the IBI.
